A Look Back on 2019, and an Announcement of Vault - Secure Call Recordings on the Telos Blockchain
In just a few days, we will be ushering in a new year. We can’t believe 2019 is near its end and 2020 is on the horizon!
We’ve been busy at work behind the scenes on several building blocks that are key to the launch of Qubicles. A quick look back at 2019 reveals that lots of work has been underway:
- Choosing a blockchain that could support our enterprise workload for the next 5–10 years was key. That’s why we helped launched and are co-founders of the Telos Blockchain Network
- Token economics and account management are critical to the future of our blockchain-based contact center marketplace. As creators of SqrlWallet.io, we’ve developed measurable experience in this area that is being applied to our Qubicles platform
- We’ve issued 12 consecutive months of TLOS token dividends to our QBE teleporters and are consistently Top 21 block producers on Telos
- We were listed on several exchanges, including Bitker, eosEX (now defunct), and NewDex
- We’ve built a solid foundation for the Qubicles platform that will be revealed in 2020
Today, we would like to announce one of these core building blocks — Qubicles Vault!
A critical component of any contact center is the ability to securely record and access calls on demand. Vault is a key component of the Qubicles platform that stores all recorded calls in perpetuity using the dStor service on the Telos blockchain. All calls will be stored using the public/private keys of our clients and access to the service paid using QBE tokens. Vault will also be PCI and HIPAA compliant, a major benefit to all centers responsible for capturing credit card or protected health information.
Existing customers will be transitioned over to Qubicles Vault in Q1 of 2020, immediately bringing over 250K recordings per month to the service.
Additionally, we have made significant progress on our staffing service and expect to launch an alpha version of this in early-to-mid 2020. Also, please be on the lookout for a new Qubicles Whitepaper coming in Q1.
Stay tuned as we execute on our incremental deployment of the first contact center service powered by the QBE token and Telos blockchain!
