In addition to the work completed according to our previous announcements, we have also spent the last 12 months evangelizing Qubicles and sharing our vision with the world. This included sponsoring, speaking, and participating in numerous conferences, such as CoinAgenda, The Blockchain Expo, ICO 2.0, FinTech 2020, Crypto Invest Summit, and many others (more details of these events can be found on our Instagram profile). As a result of these and other efforts, we’ve built a roster of loyal supporters of our vision for transforming the contact center industry for the better. We thank you very much and would like to announce a special token trust fund we have established just for you!
The Qubicles Trust Fund is a digital asset fund we’ve created with our sister company, EOS/Telos Miami, that receives 10% of Telos (TLOS) tokens for our efforts in creating and continually operating the EOS/Telos Miami block producer. Along with other EOS block producers and general supporters, the team at Qubicles have invested a considerable amount of effort in the Telos chain of EOS.IO as key members of the Telos Launch Group. As a result of being a Top 21 block producer, Telos Miami receives a daily reward of TLOS tokens according to a specific rewards and inflation schedule (spoiler alert — our CEO, Marlon Williams, who also co-chaired the Telos Development Working Group with Peter Bue at GoodBlock, wrote the inflation payment schedule portion of the Telos system contract!). Additional details of Telos’ block production rewards can be found in the Telos Improvement Proposal (TIP) 23.
Beginning January 15, 2019 at 7:00 PM EST (January 16, 2019 12:00:00 UTC), we will begin distributing tokens from Qubicles Trust to all Qubicles supporters on a daily basis. Qualifying for this distribution is very straightforward — you must simply teleport your QBE tokens from the Ethereum network over to the Telos chain of EOS.IO using our Qubicles Migration Assistant. Once you’ve completed the teleporting of your tokens, our smart contract on the Telos network will register your account as a recipient of this special daily distribution.
The percent of the distribution you will receive can be calculated as Your QBE Balance / Total QBE Migrated * Qubicles Trust Fund Balance. So as an example, if the total number of tokens in the Qubicles Trust Fund is 100 TLOS and you own 500 QBE tokens out of a total of 250,000 QBE that have been migrated, your daily TLOS deposits would be 500 QBE / 250000 QBE * 100 TLOS = 0.20 TLOS Per Day. Please note that you must always maintain a balance of QBE tokens in order to continue receiving these daily payouts.
